most of the time taking in a really deep breath before you start working or anything, makes you think more and cool down your temper....

few hours back i am having my school speech day.. never don uniform, but really see them training themselves hard.. just that there is a small problem.... yet big to everything... slacking and really dragging of the time... of course when this things happen, it all automatically piss the officer off... and then...... taaaa dar.... punishment to everyone!!!!

and the whole circle start again..... cadets hate officer... cadets complain to teachers.... teacher scold officer.... then back to the cadets again...

never mind never mind, i m not the one scolding them, just a mentor which go back and help out and get feedback, change to what they need, and that's it....... haha

now i m wondering is that person which go home so early had settle the problem? hopefully everything is all right....

remember taking a deep breath really helps a lot...
